1. Overview

This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

This policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing:

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
