1. Overview

Frengineer is a small, independent business. All orders are processed with care and dispatched as efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as sales events or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently offer shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: typically 8–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: typically 4–8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

As a small independent brand, some products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on availability.
This helps us keep things moving, but it may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order size and weight

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated at checkout.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status using the tracking information provided.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Frengineer is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party courier services.

We are not liable for delivery delays or issues caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or unattended deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.


7. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (e.g. photos, tracking details)

We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier and work towards an appropriate resolution.
